Folding Mats
Made for physical education, dance, martial arts and gymnastic programs. All mats are covered with 14 oz. Flame retardant vinyl nylon, which inhibits bacterial growth and is easily cleaned.
Our 18 oz. vinyl coated nylon is an extra option, which is recommended for heavy usage of commercial applications. All mats are stitched with strong heavy Dacron thread and are reinforced at all stress points.
Mats fold accordion style in 2' sections for easy storage. Add Velcro to design larger protective surfaces and usage for wall protection.
A variety of foam filler cores are available.

Polyfoam
These popular mats are filled with 2" thick prime 100# ILD urethane foam. Easy handling weight with firm, energy absorbing density fr a variety of athletic and institutional programs.
Ethafoam
Designed for competition, this 1-1/2" thick cross-link polyfoam gives an extra firm working surface that provides superior shock absorbency and excellent footing. For dance, gymnastics and martial arts program.
Duofoam
A soft top layer of 1" thick urethane foam over a firm base of 1-1/2" cross-link foam (ethafoam) that gives excellent protection and prevents bottoming out. This mat is recommended for elementary and special education programs. Gives your gymnasts extra confidence. Total thickness is 2-1/2".
Bonded Foam
Great for physical education programs. This 2" thick foam is softer and heavier. A high 6# density provides long lasting protection.
